M302 is a LoRaWAN gateway module integrated with Semtech's SX1302, SX1250, and SX126X baseband and RF chips. It features an LBT (Listen Before Talk) function and can be easily integrated into routers, LoRaWAN gateway, or other network devices. The module has a standard mPCIe interface and supports both SPI and USB communication interfaces. Additionally, it supports GNSS positioning and LoRaWAN Class B operation mode, making it specifically designed for M2M and IoT applications. This design facilitates the development of LoRaWAN gateway devices, enabling users to implement LoRaWAN network function and quickly bring their products to market.
