LoRaWAN Gateway Module M302

M302 is a LoRaWAN gateway module that integrates Semtech SX1302, SX1250 and SX126X baseband and radio frequency chips. It has a listen before talk function and can be easily integrated into routers or other network equipment. It has a standard mPCIe interface and supports two communication interfaces, SPI and USB. In addition, the module also supports GNSS positioning function and supports LoRaWAN Class B working mode.

SX1302 is a new generation LoRa gateway baseband chip launched by Semtech. It is equipped with front-end SX1250 and can support spreading factors SF5~SF12. Compared with the previous generation SX1301 gateway solution, it can support higher-speed data communication, while significantly reducing power consumption, simplifying the thermal design of the gateway, and significantly improving performance.

The M302 gateway module is specially designed for M2M and IoT applications to facilitate users to develop LoRaWAN gateway devices, realize LoRaWAN network functions, and quickly bring products to market.
